An instructor will be paired with each group of 6 participants. This program will emphasize social interaction, cooperation, and structured social activities, as much as it emphasizes cooking and nutrition.

Each class will be preparation for healthy, independent living. We will teach healthy meal preparation, appropriate social etiquette, and provide an opportunity to
develop friendships
while dining together.

The mission of the Healthy Habits Cook Club is to help adults with
developmental disabilities
to be healthy and independent,
and to have a social opportunity
by connecting through preparing food and sharing a meal.
Cooking Class
$55.00
Days/Time:
Mondays 2 Sessions:
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or
5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Subsidized classes are available on a limited basis.
