An instructor will be paired with each group of 4 participants. This program will emphasize social interaction, cooperation, and structured social activities, as much as it emphasizes cooking and nutrition.
Each class will be preparation for healthy, independent living. We will teach healthy meal preparation, appropriate social etiquette, and provide an opportunity to
