An instructor will be paired with each group of 8 participants. Volunteers assist as needed. We teach basic cooking techniques, nutrition awareness and kitchen safety. Members are encouraged to explore new foods and create healthy habits.
Each class will be preparation for healthy, independent living. We will teach healthy meal preparation, appropriate social etiquette, and provide an opportunity to
develop friendships
while dining together.
